The front of the coin features the acclaimed depiction of Lady Liberty that is inspired by the Augustus Saint-Gaudens $20 gold piece (1907-1933). A throwback reminder to when gold coins circulated in our economy as real money. before the government confiscated and seized gold in 1933.
