JM has great diversity and very occasionally has good pricing. They are the Cadillac along with Apmex on variety of products but rarely can compete with BE or Hero for pricing. They did have some decent Black Friday pricing, and I do check with them often to use as a comparison.
I ultimately canceled my order. Despite my payment clearing, a few days later there was no sign my order was close to shipping. They waived the cancelation fee, which I do regard as at least somewhat acknowledging there's an issue and taking responsibility. Despite being frustrated at first, I think many of the people purchasing these sorts of things are of the generation where they're used to sending things off in the mail and having things take a long time. I'd love to give JM another try someday, but we'd need to get on the same page first.
I was pleased with most of my order. However, part of it was a sub-par and broken bar. Support was responsive at first, but I was going to have to jump through hoops to get things resolved at extra costs and hassles to me. Your mileage may vary of course, but I’ve had my once-burned experience. I find it amazing that they even mailed me such a product. I'll eat that lesson and move on.
I had a slight issue with one of the coins in my order that was scratched, and the customer service team at JM Bullion was quick to resolve it. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make things right.
I have dealt with JM Bullion for many years and have ordered from them many times. JM Bullion has great service. They have a wide variety of products.
Most importantly, JM Bullion does not require having a credit card on file to place an order. Many bullion dealers require having a credit card on file, which indicates a lack of trust in their clientele. I like having a relationship, such as that with JM Bullion, which does not require having a credit card on file. It shows they trust me as much as I trust them.
I had a package lost in the mail and JM Bullion did the right thing! Thanks for replacing my order!
Great website that gives both buy & sell prices. Very easy to deal with. I've bought & sold to JM Bullion and continue to do so.
I would own a multitude of more precious metals if I would have found Monument metals and Silver Gold bullion before I found JM Bullion. They have sale prices higher then the others regular price! They Suck with 12 k's.

I made about 5 purchases from JM last year. I noticed on their website that give veterans a slightly better deal so I signed up for it. It required that I send verifying paperwork to them which I did. After several weeks I emailed them to see what my status was and received no answer. I again sent the information and heard nothing from them. I then called what they refer to as customer service and the lady that answered said she would check on it and get back to me.
I'm still waiting for a response as of today (7/20/22 but I have been buying elsewhere.
I really like dealing with JM Bullion. They show their buy prices. Their app shows the gold / silver ratio. JM Bullion consistently has lower prices than most other dealers. In our 5 year relationship, there has never been any problem in our transactions.

Got shipping notification order was ready to ship, they had my old address. INSISTED ON $15 RESTOCKING FEE TO CHANGE ADDRESS
Always packed well, website is easy to use, shipped reasonably fast.
I didn't receive an order, which still says, "In transit" and JM Bullion refused to file a claim on my $3000.00 order. Very, very poor customer service especially when a customer has spent thousands with the company. The postal service said because JM insured it "they" have to file the claim and all I got from them was "It's your responsibility" :( I'll repeat myself by saying VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been doing business with JM for years without issue until recently. In the last few orders I've made with them the packing and shipping has been inconsistent and poorly done. Coins have arrived strewn about and scratched, shipping boxes poorly taped, tunes of coins not having enough styrofoam to make the coins tight inside and coins arriving damaged that way. I had an order switched in a bait and switch sort of way. I ordered silver rounds with certificate of authenticity and sealed in a blister pack, being switched to plain coins in a tube. Another order stated with COA, and arrived without it, when I called they said their website was incorrect both times.
Using since 2015 or so, probably 20k spent ez with them. Good prices, and if you hunt the site, there is ALWAYS a super low price to spot deal, and it will not be in the ON SALE bin. 7$ over spot 20 franc, something. The packing is top shelf. Every time. Usually get better than describer if not buying new items. The cust service by email is not what it once was, for sure... lil slippin' there.

They shorted me on the cloth sacks many pieces were supposed to come with, and customer service only agreed to sending some, which is really lame and petty for an order this size. Beyond this, the packaging showed absolutely no concern for how I would reveive my items. Numerous certificates for collectable 1oz and 5 oz art rounds were trashed, crumbled up and floating by themselves in the box, many bars and rounds and coins were dinged and scratched, since bulk items were dumped loosely in bags. I do not recommend them, and have since personally moved my business to numerous other dealers, since they didn't appreciate the many thousands I spent with them. I had unfortunately already placed a second order before receiving my first, but won't make a mistake giving them business again. Fwiw, Provident is owned by the same people, so won't order from them either.
I have ordered 1 and 10 oz bars from JM. They're pricing is competitive and the ship quickly.
I have used them 3 times in the last 2mo and I was VERY pleased with the product, I would ABSOLUTELY use them moving forward!
I purchased five of the 2020 2 oz Canadian Kraken Silver Coin (BU) with five CoinSafe coin capsules. I ordered over the weekend and the package arrived today (Wednesday) with no issues. The coins were each in a mylar flip and plastic bagged. All of them were together were bubble rapped. I am very happy with the whole transaction.

Just received my package today. 9 coins total. 1 was a proof in its own box. Okay. The other 8 were not proofs and were dumped into a box almost as large as a shoe box, very little packaging, and they all fell out of the cheap plastic slips. 8 loose coins in a shoe box. NOT the way to do business. I don’t care if shipping was free. Only good thing I’ll say is I actually received what I ordered, even if it was beat up.
This dealer is the most uncooperative company I have ever tried to deal with. I requested to have my account closed once before over three excuses dealing with the same Debit card I started using to purchase from them. I attempted to use them again, and now they acuse me of using a Debit card with a high-security risk. I hope they don't call my banker. They won't like what he would tell them. It's almost amounting to calling me a fraud for using the same debit card I buy groceries with. And I resent it.
They're awesome. . I've purchased many times with JMB, and have ALWAYS come away happy. They're the best, in my opinion.
Get the job done but they tend to run high on their sticker price. Still a trustworthy outfit who I would use again depending on the deal. Shipping is slow as molasses
This Brokerage has steadily declined in customer service and purchasing value. I really have nothing good to say about this business anymore. This is one customer who through after repeated experiences with their substandard practices has just walked away. Better deals to be had elsewhere anyway.
Have made several purchases with JMB, and they are the best in my opinion. Best prices, best shipping time, and packaging quality. I've even sold some to them with great results & pricing.
I ordered 10 oz stackable rounds from their ebay store and paid with Paypal. The rounds showed up about a week or so later. Shipping time seemed average. Overall pleased as the price was hard to beat.
