I purchased 5 gold coins from MCM on Ebay they accepted and processed my order and charged my card. The next day I found that they had unilaterally cancelled my order and refunded me. The problem was I wanted them to honor the order. When I contacted them they said the order was cancelled due to an "internal error" and said that the item was "out of stock." However, the same item was for sale the next day however the price had gone up $53/coin for a total increase on the order of $265. When I said they needed to honor the price at which they sold the coins to me, they told me they have the right to cancel any order. I told them that any retail store that advertised and sold something to you under that advertised price would have to sell it at that price. They said not us. I asked to talk to a Manager and talked with Melissa who initially said that she would give me $10 off the new order (and increase of $265). I said no and that they needed to honor the price. I then asked to talk to her manager and she would not let forward me. She did promise to talk with them and call me back the next day at 2PM. 2PM came and went so I called her and she gave me a half hearted sorry about missing the scheduled call back and then offered me a whopping $25 off the increased price (again a $265 increase). I told he that wasn't going to cut it and was going to let her know that I was going to let everyone know this company has no ethics. I warn you not to purchase from this company, they are slimy at best and certainly unethical in their business practices. I will never purchase from them again. Date of experience: November 13, 2024

Ive been ordering from MCM for 7 years and Ive never had a problem. The quality of their products are very dependable and reliable. As a collector and a stacker, I like the cheap deals too, but I don’t mind paying a premium as long as the quality is there. MCM always delivers quality products in a timely fashion and are included in my top 3 sellers.

The best in business in my opinion ! I highly recommend MCM I have ordered 99% of my silver stack through them and I always receive it in 2-3 days I have never not once had any issue at all it’s surprising to hear that others have had issues with them ! I always order off their eBay page and they ship the same day every time . I will continue to buy from them . I just bought from provident and it took 2-3 days to ship and a week to be delivered I will be going back to mcm and I just wanted to see what it was like ordering from provident

Ugly people working here. Just the very gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe type individuals. Do I get my shipments? Yes, eventually...they are in no hurry that is for sure. With coin dealers like this it is no wonder Their state enacted such stern rules covering coin dealers. My advice? Stay very far away.

Horrible in just about every way. The only good thing I have to say is they have always delivered the product in a reasonable time frame. Not fast but reasonable. Other then that? Rude, smug, way overpriced and all around just distasteful individuals.
