Bullion exchanges were excellent communicators throughout. I finally understand why I have to wait until the ECH goes through. Plus they have great spot deals. I'll be ordering from them again.
Only Hero Bullion and Bullion Exchanges are the go-to places for stackers. While other companies like Apmex and Monument Metals may have more diversity, BE and Hero are by FAR the best in turnaround time and prices at or below spot. I check their spot pricing almost daily. Hero had better holiday specials, but BE constantly beats everyone else if you are a stacker. Spot gold is amazing with proof coins (often no limits). Silver tends to have a limit, but from 1oz to kilo, you can get 50 ounces or so without a significant premium. Be aware that 'spot' means different things to different online retailers. (BE tends to be slightly higher, but still the best value) Always use findbullionprices.com for the best daily deals.
Bullion Exchanges has become my go to for bullion purchases. In addition to some of the lowest premiums (if not the lowest) you can find great deals for "At Spot" deals for both gold and silver. The best part is you know up front that they will buy back bullion and what price they will pay.

I have bought from them several times. They are super slow and don't seem to care. They force you to secure with a credit card and then just make you wait until long after your check clears. If you ask them about it, they give you some canned nonsensical answer. They should focus on providing better customer service and playing less grab ass.
I have made a number of purchases from them. They are not always the cheapest, but always very close to the cheapest, but more importantly, they are very reliable. The one time I had an issue, they quickly resolved it and were very professional. I had purchased several gold bullion coins which had deep scratches. They took them right back, paid for the return shipping and insurance and promptly sent me back replacements.

I've found BE price to be my goto supplier. To find the best price use a site that shows the price best to spot price opportunity THEN go to eBay and I often find it is offered a there at the check price BUT allows me to use credit card. Saves abunch over there normal CC price.

I have ordered from BE 7 times over the course of 2 years. Only one time have I contacted customer service regarding what I perceived a delay in my order fulfillment using e-check. Their policy is to hold the payment for 5 business days before processing and up to 5 business days for processing. The time period fell on a holiday. I requested they expedite my order processing if possible, my order shipped the next day. In summary, their products are as advertised, their premiums are almost always the lowest and having tested their customer service, I found them available and responsive. I have recommended BE to my coworkers and they have also been satisfied with products, pricing and service.
I ordered platinum coins from Bullion Exchanges and was very pleased with the quality and selection. Although there was a slight shipping delay, their customer service kept me informed throughout the process. The coins were well worth the wait, beautifully crafted and exactly what I was looking for.
I have purchased one time with Bullion Exchange. I went to order again, however, their website would not allow me to logon. I contacted their customer support via chat and was told that my account was suspended due to being "high risk." They would not elaborate why, however, I suspect that they may be practicing ESG (environmental, social and governance) against me. In many states that is discrimination. I would urge any patriots not to purchase from them.
Bullion Exchanges requires having a credit card on file with them before accepting any orders. Such a requirement precludes me from dealing with Bullion Exchanges. That requirement suggests Bullion Exchanges does not trust their clientele. Why should I trust them? There are plenty of other bullion dealers that do not require having a credit card on file.
I was really surprised to find that Bullion Exchanges had lower prices for 1 oz gold bars than both APMEX and Kitco. They're a new dealer for me but transaction was easy from start to finish, and the gold bar arrived promptly and securely packaged. Good savings!

Bought two 10ozt silver Valcambi bars. They have the lowest prices for my favourite two bar manufacturers that I primarily buy from (Valcambi and PMX Canada). Fast shipping.
$1807 with check is not correct for 1oz Gold Maple Leaf ,I keep seeing other web sites doing the same thing state one number then when you call they give a different number .I no longer going to waste my time on line with bogus bait and switch numbers looks most do it .
I placed a order on line for a 10 oz. bar and was very shocked to have it in my hands two days later. I will be a returning customer!! I recommend them, have ordered from other companies and it's token them nine days to get my orders in. Great Service Bullion Exchange.
I've only gone to their brick and mortar store, after checking their prices online. Great prices, some of the best in the business. In person their customer service has been great. Tell them what you want, wait 10 minutes and its hand delivered.
They keep sending me milk spotted silver eagles. Never answered my email regarding the situation. I understand silver can milk spot over time but I am getting them with milk spots already on them. I think that is why they market them as cheap as they do. Will not buy from anymore

Great customer service
I have ordered from them several times, mostly on ebay. I always got just what I ordered and promptly. Nice 2X2 holders too for individual coins. No problems at all. Maybe I'm jus lucky, but I've had no trouble with any of the bullion dealers on ebay.
Took them over a month to get me my order. Did not respond to my requests for updates on my order. I will never give them my business again.
The good:
Highly competitive purchasing prices. Items arrive quickly and without incident. I have ordered about 50k worth of precious metals from them without any significant issues. They are my go to broker.
The bad:
Call in customer service reps need a refresher in customer relations in a big way. Buy back pricing is scandalously low. Sell elsewhere.
The Ugly:
Ugly truth is that all the brokerages I have attempted to do business with are significantly worse. Is BE perfect? Nope but in a sea of ugly they are a competent rock hold on to.
ordered a roll of silver eagles from their ebay store for about $18 per coin. shipped free. arrived a couple days later, no issues.
BEWARE unethical seller. This is the second time they have cancelled my Ebay order when the cost of gold/silver has gone up after my purchase. Then they held my money for 5 days before refunding. Obviously, they should not be offering a product at a price they are unwilling to honor.
