Problem #1 - Buyer Beware - their support is operated out of a Foreign Call Center!
The first couple of purchases went ok.
The third time I made a purchase, for over $1100.00, they sent it to the Wrong Address and it got returned to them.
They took absolutely NO Action to contact me about this (not even an email). When I finally called them to find out where my order was, I learned about their mistake.
My subsequent attempts to resolve the matter with their foreign call center ended up with such confusing and obtuse responses from them that I finally told them to cancel my order and refund my money.
It has now been OVER 2 MONTHS and I still don't have my money back!
Numerous attempts to contact them for a status update have All Been Futile!
I have recently notified the Texas Attorney General of this problem.
We'll see if that gets a more positive response.
My Sunshine Mint kilo bars and my one-ounce random rounds were well-padded, carefully packed, and sent fairly quickly and discreetly Good Trade!
I Have ordered a decent amount from Bold, prices fair, average to slow shipping, the last 2 purchase orders (about 6 months apart) have been canceled 8 days after order, no reason. I emailed and tried to messaged them both times asking why ( maybe its on my end i could fix it) never heard anything.
On my third order and no issues. They tend to have lower premiums on select products. No issues with shipping or product quality.
They have quality and are fairly priced.

Bought a 1 oz gold bar from BOLD Precious Metals. The bar is perfect, though shipping was slower than I expected. Communication from the dealer was clear and helpful.
Really really good prices on bullion! But are the slowest dealers of the half-dozen that I have used. Also they crammed the items into small flips and caused some small marks on the pieces.
Slow shipping. Expect delays. They definitely do not prioritize shipping out their products. Most dealers will ship products as soon as payment clears. Don’t expect that same treatment from Bold
BOLD does it again without fail! The new Tudor Beast Bull of Clarence has just been released and as usual the good folk over at BOLD are crushing all the other online bullion dealers price!! From the 10 oz to the 2 oz, to the gold 1/4 coin to the 5 gram Geiger bar BOLD can not be overlooked.
Received my first order fine> Great rbuffal round at a good price. Ordered 20 more and they have been on delay for 3 weeks. They told me they would ship out in a message an that didn't happen. I was told I was top of the list and it would ship out this week. Just be honest you oversold inventory that wasn't in stock. Lying to customers is unacceptable. I also ordered a kilo bar a few days after i ordered the 20 rounds and I I got that last week. However the bar had ink all over it inside the plastic. Unacceptable. I had to scrub it with alcohol to clean it and it still has some ink in the pits on that back. The bar is also scraped on the top like someone drug it on the ground on purpose. Not sure what this place has going on over there but it's sketchy.
Excellent customer support from Bold Precious Metals. Fantastic product with a wide selection of bars and new releases coins. We are happy to have discovered Bold at that time. please work on Shipments and loading time of website.
I ordered a 1/4 ozt AGE. Arrived without incident. However, I was surprised because of the packaging. The coin was in a flip and the flip in a small envelope and the small enveloped in a padded envelope that would fit in the palm of my hand. Could have " fallen through the cracks " at USPS. Other online dealers ship the same coin to me in a heavily padded box ( 5"x 7"). I think the box is a better way to ship.
Overall good, quality coins were delivered. free shipping over 199. Every order I made went smoothly. Also, sometimes I have special requests, and the team was always helpful.

The coins purchased were exactly as shown in the picture, with no variations. The cost was excellent and the delivery time was shorter than expected. The package was completely sealed, and the item came in protective bubble wrap., Great experience

Good location to purchase silver coins they had a wide selection of coins, but their website had some loading issues on several pages.

My first purchase with Bold was easier they have good website, many payment options a few suggestions though its a bit slow and the search sucks...., but great prices compared to others so worth the buy.

Put in order a few weeks before Christmas. Some items were gifts, and some were just bullion purchases to reduce taxes and shipping. Two days later I went to check the order, and it was canceled. No notification, and no reason given. I reached out to them and got a vague, useless response. I have an order outstanding with them that is paid for but a long time on shipping. After that, I will no longer do business with them. They seem like a good company but the support is bad and emails seem to get lost- there are many others to work with that are better and have similar pricing.
Tried to check out as a guest to purchase one 10 oz bar but each time I clicked comtinue butten after filling in name and address section their system added 1 to the quanity I was ordering. Ultimately gave up after trying many times by clearing item and starting over. Beware this seller!

Wow! Super-fast processing and delivery. Placed an order on a Thursday morning, and order was shipped Thursday afternoon from Texas. Arrived at my door in California on Monday.
