I’ve ordered both 1 oz and 10 oz silver bars from JM Bullion and received exactly what I expected. Their prices are competitive, and orders ship quickly. So far, they’ve been consistent across multiple purchases.
JM has great diversity and very occasionally has good pricing. They are the Cadillac along with Apmex on variety of products but rarely can compete with BE or Hero for pricing. They did have some decent Black Friday pricing, and I do check with them often to use as a comparison.
I ultimately canceled my order. Despite my payment clearing, a few days later there was no sign my order was close to shipping. They waived the cancelation fee, which I do regard as at least somewhat acknowledging there's an issue and taking responsibility. Despite being frustrated at first, I think many of the people purchasing these sorts of things are of the generation where they're used to sending things off in the mail and having things take a long time. I'd love to give JM another try someday, but we'd need to get on the same page first.
