Horrible experience. Salesman hyped silver with exaggerated claims that the price would soon increase, then he proceeded to advise me to invest using a loan to increase my potential earnings. TCBG claims their salespeople are experts and that they are licensed by the State of Florida. They are licensed only as Commercial Telephone Salespersons. The high fees, bad advice, high commissions, and difficulty communicating cost me over $23,000 in nine months when I withdrew my account.
