I ordered silver coins on their website, but they sent me rounds. So, I followed their strict return process, and then they sent me some coins and some rounds. Phone was not much help. I received no correspondence from them during the return/exchange process, and they took a month to incorrectly discern silver coins from rounds twice, in an attempt to fulfill my original order for coins. I give up.
Just used them for the first time. I used a (cash back) credit card. The ordering process was painless. They provided a tracking link that worked accurately. The delivery prompt and the item (random bar) was in good shape. Nothing to complain about at all.
So far so good after 4 purchases. 2 more pending but I'm confident there wont be any issues. There pretty transparent in there operation and fair pricing. Shipping process could be a bit better I have to contact them to get a tracking number but they do respond. I plan on doing more business with them
The best military appreciation program out there, BUT, their ordering process makes errors. I always pay using ACH/electronic check and they use Plaid. For some reason it did not work and there is not an easy way to correct it. Tried calling, was on hold for over 10 minutes and I hung up. GF actually mailed in a check and it took over 11 days for them to receive it. Hard to believe, since I dropped it in the mail on Nov 30 and they did not say they had received it until Dec 10. Now we'll wait another 10 days for them to ship, assuming they don't mess that up. Just not worth it to save a few dollars on their spot deals. Would not be my go-to place. Staying with Hero and BE instead.
