In 2012, PAMP launched the Lunar Calendar Series of gold bars. The series captures a unique design each year based on the 12-year cycle of the Chinese lunar calendar. The series is issued annually with three weight denominations of 100 grams, one troy ounce, and the smaller 5-gram gold bar.
For the current year, the PAMP Suisse Lunar Series celebrates the Year of the Snake.
The back of the design includes the reverse of the front, showing the back of the snake. The weight and purity are stamped on the back.
